A 5-piece Texicajun Mexican American Spooky soulful Doowop band from Houston, Texas.

The band formed in 2018, from a collection of Bayou City Rock n Soul loving troubadors who met from various local bands and bars. Their inspiration and love for The Cramps, Amy Winehouse, 60's Girl Groups & 50's Rock N Roll is evident in their music.

They have such a unique brand of entertainment fused with the elements of: twangy reverb guitars, punchy low Baritone Saxaphone, and Spooky n Soulful Vocal Harmonies that drip like honey from 2 beautiful sirens who serenade bittersweet nothings into your ears. Their knack for witty stage banter in rhinestone & sequined soaked impeccable attire, will have you wanting to shimmy n shake all night-or float away on a dream cloud to kill all of your ex-lovers.

Reinging with the title of "Houston's Spooky Doo-Wop Darlings" by A random swarm fanatic, Shame On Me has performed over 100 shows with the pleasure of opening for many iconic bands such as: The Reverend Horton Heat, The Meteors, Mattiel, The Jungle Rockers & more.
